Construction Alchemy is a leadership and cultural development practice focused on strengthening women in construction and supporting the organisations they work within.
It combines lived industry experience, commercial understanding and structured leadership support to create sustainable change from within the sector.
Construction Alchemy works with:
• Women in operational, commercial and leadership roles within construction
• Founders and directors growing construction businesses
• Organisations seeking to better support and retain women
• Leadership teams wanting practical, experience-led insight
Whether you are an individual navigating your next step or an organisation seeking structured support, the work is tailored accordingly.
The primary focus of Construction Alchemy is supporting women in construction to thrive in leadership and operational roles. However, the work is not exclusive or oppositional. Change within the industry requires collaboration, and I regularly work with leadership teams and male colleagues as part of organisational programmes.

Built to Lead is delivered within organisations and brings women together in structured peer environments.
Both strengthen leadership, but they operate at different levels.
No.
While the work supports gender equity and retention, it is grounded in lived construction experience, operational leadership and commercial understanding. It focuses on real workplace dynamics rather than compliance frameworks.

I work with individual women, growing businesses and established organisations. The structure of support is tailored to the size and stage of the organisation.
I have over 25 years of experience in construction across operational and commercial roles. I am Chartered through the Chartered Institute of Building and lead H² Construction, specialising in commercial protection and crisis intervention.
This ensures the work is grounded in industry reality rather than theory.
This depends on the organisation and the structure agreed.
Some organisations begin with a defined programme period, while others establish ongoing facilitated leadership circles.
Mentoring arrangements are agreed individually.
The first step is a conversation. Whether you are an individual or an organisation, we explore what you need and determine whether the work is aligned.
